Linden announces new Brafton homes
Linden Homes North has announced plans for 47 new homes in the South Yorkshire village of Brafton.A selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties are to be built at the site on the outskirts of Doncaster. They will cater for a wide range of purchasers, including first-time buyers, growing families and those looking for a smaller, more manageable property.Prospective buyers are now able to register their interest or reserve from plan. Work on the development has already begun and first completions are due in early 2015.Young professionals will benefit from the close proximity of transport links, with Doncaster only a few minutes' drive away and Nottingham an hour away by road or just over 90 minutes by rail.Brafton is an independent village, featuring a post office, newsagent, grocer, butcher and hairdresser, as well as a regular bus service to Doncaster. While Doncaster features an array of shops, restaurants and nightlife, the location also provides a retreat from city life, with many open spaces and 59 woods and country parks. The city is well served by the East Coast Mainline and is just 18 minutes from the Robin Hood Airport. It is situated on the A1(M) and M18 motorways and is also located near the M1 and M62 motorways.Designer kitchens and bathrooms are featured in the homes, which also offer a number of advantages to those who reserve the plot from the drawing board.Customers who do so will be able to choose their own kitchen and bathroom wall tiles and secure their asking price at today's rates in a rising market, for example.
