Field-based Area Sales Managers and Project Specification Managers teams, alongside an office-based Customer Services department, are on hand to provide information on ordering the products and day-to-day customer support.

Ordering Our Products and Systems
We have a number of builders merchants and distributors across the UK and Ireland who have a direct account with ourselves. They order our products and systems via the Customer Services department.
All our other customers including sub contractors and second line merchants can call the Customer Services team for stockist information and advice.
North and south sales teams comprising of Area Sales Managers and Regional Directors, as well as specialist Business Development Managers and Directors, are on hand to work with our builders merchants and distributors, as well as supporting all customers in the supply chain, such as sub and main contractors.
As the teams are based out on the road, they can meet customers at branches, offices or on site.
