Technical Support
Our Technical Services team can provide support throughout your project. Whether you are a main contractor or subcontractor, distributor or architect, they are available to give advice. Technical Instructors are on hand to offer training, information and advice on site or in one of the training centres.

Project Specifications
The Knauf project specification service offers architects and contractors technical support through conceptual design to onsite detailing. We start by understanding the architectural brief, bringing our experience on innovative ways of creating the right space for the project.
Commercial Team Support
Customer Services
Field and office-based customer facing teams, including Area Sales Managers and Business Development Managers teams, and the Customer Services and Administration departments, are on hand to provide information on ordering the products and day-to-day customer support.
Professional Development Support
CPD
We offer Continuous Professional Development (CPD) seminars (including RIBA approved ones) at our showroom in London, Knauf Clerkenwell, or at your practice. Our specification experts present the sessions which include up to date knowledge on industry standards and legislation. Knauf is also a partner of RIBA, having its information on NBS Source, the new tool that brings together NBS BIM Library, NBS Plus and RIBA Product Selector.
