Knauf Technical Webchat – help at your fingertips

On hand and always ready to help, the Knauf Technical Services webchat is available from 9:00am until 5:00pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

This function allows you to contact our Technical Services team to answer your Knauf related product/system queries with ease. You can access our Technical Services webchat by clicking on the speech bubbles in the bottom right-hand corner of the Knauf website.

To begin your conversation, we ask for some basic information to help us fully understand your query, we then supply you with a code to verify the authenticity of the request and you’re ready to go! After the conversation has ended, you will automatically be sent a transcript of your conversation for your records.

Our team are standing by, ready to answer your queries in a helpful, speedy and considerate manner.
