Knauf Launches Finishing Solutions Brochure and Easy-to-use App
Knauf have put together an educational ‘Finishing Solutions Brochure’, as well as an interactive ‘Finishing Solutions App’, to provide help and information to customers on the wide range of Knauf finishing solutions available.
Technical expertise is the foundation of Knauf’s business, but this must operate together with a secure focus on our customers, proactively seeking feedback at every opportunity. We’ve listened to our customers’ feedback and developed our offerings accordingly.
Dr. Claus Peter Berneth, Head of the Competence Centre at Knauf said: “We are always in close contact with our applicators on site, and we ask them what they really want and need. This input was consequently translated into high quality formulations, which resulted in white or even very white compounds with an outstanding performance quality.”
From powdered and ready-mixed jointing compounds, tapes and beads through to pre-mixed spray finishes as an alternative to traditional plasters, the Knauf Finishing Solutions Brochure has been launched to help take the hassle out of finishing with a full range of products and systems.
Clive Reeves, Market Manager, explains: “To ensure that our customers know that we’re listening to them, we have updated and extended our Knauf Finishing Solutions Brochure. At the same time, we wanted to provide a tool to help our customers understand and use the range. This has come in the form of a free app.”
The new app includes a surface simulator so that users can get a better idea of what the final finish will look like, a coverage calculator to work out how much and what products to use, and instructional and case study videos.
