Technical Services Webchat launches on Knauf Website
Knauf are excited to launch our latest feature on www.Knauf.co.uk – our Technical Services webchat went LIVE on Monday 4th November 2019.
This function has two channels for you to choose from:
- One channel allows our Technical Services to answer your Knauf related product/system queries with ease.
- The other puts you through to our Specification Services who can start the process of specifying your next Knauf project.
Our agents are online on weekdays (except public holidays) from 9:00am until 5:00pm, on hand and ready to assist. To begin your conversation we ask for some basic information to help us fully understand the type of your query, we then supply you with a code to verify the authenticity of the request and you’re ready to go! After the conversation has ended, you will automatically be sent a transcript of your conversation for your records.
