Our next video in our series A day in the Life of’, looks behind the scenes of our Calcination Apprentice, Hayden, in our Sittingbourne factory.
After completing his GCSE’S at a local school in Sittingbourne, Hayden Epps began his 18-month Calcination Apprenticeship in October 2022.
Summarising his experience so far: “The apprenticeship has been challenging but interesting, and I’m enjoying learning new things. I’m looking forward to seeing where this opportunity can take me.”

We have developed a comprehensive apprenticeship scheme that allows young people to gain on-the-job training and formal qualifications in all areas of our business, including positions in Finance, Marketing, Automation, and Supply Chain being filled.
