We are currently experiencing IT difficulties which is impacting our ability to offer the level of service we would expect to you at present. The following systems and services are adversely affected:

- Product dispatch and delivery
- Customer Service team access
There will be disruption to a limited number of deliveries today and likely an increased number tomorrow. As soon as communications are reinstated, we will confirm directly with you where any orders are affected.
Our online technical service is available as webchat only, but with limited service, no email function at present.
We apologies for the inconvenience and are taking steps to minimise, then mitigate the effect on our supply chains.
