Part Time Receptionist

The Role

Knauf, a market leader in the construction product industry are currently looking for a highly communicative individual to join our customer services team as a Receptionist.

Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • To answer all incoming telephone calls and deal with visitors on arrival at Entrance and Reception.
  • Operate switchboard to ensure that all incoming calls are answered promptly and routed correctly (announced where appropriate).
  • Open and distribute incoming post and send all outgoing post and packages.
  • Ensure Reception area (including main staircase lobby) is maintained in neat and tidy condition.
  • General administrative support to all departments and as requested by the HR Manager.
  • In event of emergency act as central liaison for emergency services.
  • Ordering lunches on SAP.
  • Oversee/control of meeting room bookings.
  • Collation and distribution of weekly Managers’ schedule.

Requirements

  • High interpersonal skills to develop and sustain good working relationships with key internal and external departments.
  • IT literate.
  • Ability and desire to deliver exceptional levels of Customer Service.
  • Adapt effectively to changing needs.
  • Helps create an environment of great teamwork
