Continuous Customer Satisfaction Survey
Here at Knauf, we are keen to understand what our customers think of their experience with us. That is why we have launched our continuous customer satisfaction survey.
It is available to all of our customers and consists of some qualifying questions and then just 3 questions; taking between 60 and 90 seconds to complete. Tell us how we perform on a regular basis, and help us deliver products, systems and services that meet your needs.
